There are many Florida Apartment Associations a landlord can join. Each of the Florida Apartment Associations below may have services such as forms, Florida tenant screening, insurance discounts, Florida debt collection agencies, investment tips, and more.
A local chapter might seem like the most obvious choice but its not necessarily the best decision. It is recommended you research all available Florida Landlord and Florida Apartment Associations before making a decision to join one, especially if membership is not free. If membership is free, join them all. Free membership to a Florida Landlord Apartment Association is absolutely beneficial to any Florida Landlord or Florida investment property owner.
